A Trust is a closed system of a registered body that has limited membership. It can either be a family trust or a public trust. For a Trust, election of office-bearers is not compulsory.To form a NGO as a Trust, Indian Trust Act, 1882 governs private or family trusts although various states have also enacted their own trust acts, for example The Maharashtra Trust Act; Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950 Punjab Trust Act; Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950; Madhya Pradesh Public Trust Act, 1951; Rajasthan Public Trust Act, 1959; etc. So, before registration of an NGO as trust, the provisions of applicable Trust Act should be studied by the promoters to suit their needs.

1. One Person Address in Delhi ( with all Required Documents in delhi address  Like Aadhar card,Pan card, Electrictiy Bill, Water bill

2 Minimum three  members are required, one is Founder/Settlor and other one is Trustee. ( Self attested Adhaar Pan card,Photo / ID Proof of all members required)

3 One address proof (electricity bill or water bill along with id proof of owner) of the registered address in delhi 

4 Name of the Trust.

5 Three Photographs of all members & original id proof of founder is required on day of presentation in Registrar Office in Delhi .

6 Two witnesses required on day of presentation, if arranged from court 1500 /-Rs extra will be charged.

7 We will prepare rest of the documents  and it will take 45 Working days to get register.

8 Founder of the Trust will have to present with us in Registrar Office Delhi.

9  We will provide matter of deed Deed on stamp paper

10 ID Proofs of all the members
